Identify EMOTIONAL Problems

HOW negative emotions CREATE

  1. Do you remember  stresses occurring at the same time as your physical complaints?
  2. Do any of your physical complaints become more  noticeable during certain emotional times?
  3. What are your passions?  Are you on the right path? IF not, what is your plan to get there?
  4. What are the 3 most important priorities in your life ? Are you proud of your answer? IF not, what would make you proud?
  5. Is there an obstacle standing in the way of your passions being fulfilled? How can you change that and remain with an attitude of love and thankfulness?

  1. Inherited 
  2. Obtained incorrect perceptions in utero or as children.  
  3. Learned behaviors from bad influences.
  4. Lack of nutritional balance results in chemical imbalance. This inhibits the hormones required to process emotions in a healthy way.
  5. Traumatic experiences all get filed in tissues of the body as negative equations.
  6. Experiences that hurt your feelings repeatedly creates negative patterns.

  1. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. 
  2. Ask for forgiveness  
  3. Forgive yourself and others in any area of your life 
  4. Find joy in helping others 
  5. When other people cause you stress realize the place they are in. 
  6. Initiate Spirituality

When we avoid facing our pain, it does not disappear 

— it settles within us, shaping our health and our lives.
Unresolved experiences become roots of imbalance, hidden language behind emotional, psychological, and even physical dis-ease.

By the age of seven, the foundation of our psychological and emotional being is formed. Everything we absorb before then — every joy, every wound, every unspoken fear — molds the way we see and respond to the world. 

When that early groundwork is unhealed, the choices we make as adults often rise from pain rather than truth, repeating patterns that keep us from peace.

True healing begins when we turn inward. 

Through meditation, we enter the quiet space where understanding lives. 

It is here that we meet ourselves fully — the light and the shadow 

— and we begin to transform what was once pain into wisdom.
To know yourself is to heal yourself. 

To heal yourself is to awaken the miracle within.
