HEALTH

There are three primary categories that are essential (not including emotional, spiritual). 

  1. Nutritional balance
  2. Balance to the organ/gland
  3. Detoxification

Healing begins when the body is allowed to return to its natural state of balance  — where regeneration and renewal flow effortlessly.
Detoxification is the sacred key that opens the pathway for new life at the cellular level.
Each organ and tissue within us carries memory and emotion, storing the echoes of our lived experience. When we cleanse and harmonize these inner systems, we free the emotional energy that once held us captive — allowing the body, mind, and spirit to work together in luminous coherence.

  1. Do you remember  stresses that occurred at the same time as your physical complaints?
  2. Do any of your physical complaints become more  noticeable during certain emotional times?
  3. What are your passions?  Are you on the right path? IF not, what is your plan to get there?
  4. What are the 3 most important priorities in your life ? Are you proud of your answer? IF not, what would make you proud?
  5. Is there a obstacle standing in the way of your passions being fulfilled? How can you change that and remain with an attitude of love and thankfulness?

  1. Inherited 
  2. Obtained incorrect perceptions in utero or as children.  
  3. Learned behaviors from bad influences.
  4. Lack of nutritional balance results in chemical imbalance. This inhibits the hormones required to process emotions in a healthy way.
  5. Traumatic experiences all get filed in tissues of the body as negative equations.
  6. Experiences that hurt your feelings repeatedly creates negative patterns.

The objects you hold onto often carry the stories, worries, and attachments of the past.
When you gift them to another, you unconsciously free yourself from what once bound you.

You cannot achieve success in any area of life
without investing something of yourself into it.

Prosperity flows where energy is given freely —
through time, service, and generosity of spirit.

“What you give defines what you grow.”

Offer a portion of your abundance —
ten percent of your income to those in need,
and a portion of your time to those who cannot repay you.
These acts of giving align you with the natural rhythm of creation —
the cycle of receiving through release.

Where you place your money is where you place your faith.
It is a reflection of what you believe in,
what you nourish,
and what you trust to expand.

When generosity becomes your foundation,
success becomes not just what you earn —
but what you embody.

Imbalances

CONNECTION OF ORGANS AND THEIR REPRESENTING EMOTIONAL PATTERNS

An imbalance of emotion indicates imbalance of the referenced system.

  • Adrenal = narrow minded
  • Bladder = miffed, timid, wishy-washy
  • Gallbladder = bitterness, revenge, can’t stick to a job, needs continual change
  • Heart = joy of life, too much laughter (always giggling), lack of emotions, rapid speech
  • Kidney = fear, dread, phobias
  • Large Intestine = holding on to/can’t let go, dogmatic, compelled to neatness, hangs on to beliefs (right or wrong)
  • Liver = anger, resentment, stubbornness, irrational frustration, aggression
  • Lungs = Sadness, grief, cloudy thinking
  • Lymphatic = reliving negativity
  • Ovary = self worth
  • Pancreas = over concern, hopelessness, needs control, over sympathetic, lack of fun (sweetness organ)
  • Pineal = intuition/reception
  • Pituitary = analytical/thinking
  • Prostate = love experience
  • Small Intestine = vulnerable, trouble sorting feelings, absent minded, abandonment, insecurity
  • Spleen = jealousy
  • Stomach = disgust, obsession, despair (see heart also)
  • Teeth = chewing over and over a problem
  • Testicle = self worth
  • Thymus = self esteem/image
  • Thyroid = self pity
  • Uterus = love experience

SYMBOLIC EMOTIONS REFLECTED IN ILLNESS

  1. Breast Problems = don’t feel nurtured or is not nurturing 
  2. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome = over sympathetic
  3. Endometriosis = overwhelmed care giver, feels unappreciated
  4. Eyes = not seeing something of importance; not focusing on important things 
  5. Feet Problems = not strong in what you believe/your own conviction, walking for someone else’s beliefs
  6. Fibromyalgia = chaotic mind, lack of centering, taking on more than you can handle; lack of self love; excessive guilt
  7. Herpes virus’ = these virus’ tend to live where there are feelings of sexual guilt
  8. Nerve problems = not enough “feelers”; learn to feel, not think and analyze
  9. Reproductive Problems (prostate, teste, uterus, ovary) = lack of self love, low self esteem
  10. Teeth = chewing on or obsessing about a problem with no obvious resolution. Need to make a decision and stick by it.
  11. Weight = Unable to prosper, stuck in a rut (emotional or physical)


HORMONES THAT CREATE/CONTRIBUTE TO EMOTIONS


LOVE: Dopamine together with norepinephrine create the feelings of love.


ANGER: If norepinephrine levels get high and serotonin levels are low, anger, rage and aggressive behavior occur.


EUPHORIA: Dopamine is thought to be the hormone which produces the feelings of euphoria.


FAITHFULNESS: Oxytocin is associated with feeling nurtured or cared for. It creates feelings of loyalty, faithfulness, and community.

Meditation

 “The Depth Within”

When we avoid facing our pain, it does not disappear 

— it settles within us, quietly shaping our health and our lives.
Unresolved experiences become the roots of imbalance, the hidden language behind emotional, psychological, and even physical dis-ease.

By the age of seven, the foundation of our psychological and emotional being is already formed. Everything we absorb before then — every joy, every wound, every unspoken fear — molds the way we see and respond to the world. 

When that early groundwork is unhealed, the choices we make as adults often rise from pain rather than truth, repeating patterns that keep us from peace.

True healing begins when we turn inward. 

Through meditation, we enter the quiet space where understanding lives. 

It is here that we meet ourselves fully — the light and the shadow — and begin to transform what was once pain into wisdom.
To know yourself is to heal yourself. 

To heal yourself is to awaken the miracle within.
